FREE Agent websites with 55,000+ listings!
EDGEWOOD, WA - (June 25, 2007) Edgewood based nwRealty.Net, Inc. today announced that it provides FREE personalized websites with instant access to over 55,000 Washington real estate listings to REALTORS® that purchase their "personal promotion" advertising on nwRealty.com for as little as $20 per month.
This latest addition to the nwRealty NetworkTM of online real estate IDX search applications will save individual REALTORS® hundreds (sometimes even thousands) of dollars. Likewise, the cost of providing accurate and current listing information to online real estate shoppers "on demand" is now within reach of REALTORS® that could not previously justify such an expense.
Until recently, REALTORS® had access to few alternatives that would satisfy the online expectations of their Buyers and Sellers. They were restricted to (1) framing or cobranding their Broker's IDX website (if any) or (2) relying on agrigated MLS database services that frequently provide unreliable listing information (a risky situation for Washington licensees). On Friday June 22, 2007, the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) Technology and Legal Staff reviewed the proposed demo and pronounced that it complies with NWMLS rules and regulations.
Northwest Multiple Listing Service is the largest full-service MLS in the Northwest. Based in Kirkland and owned by its member brokers, it currently encompasses more than 2,000 companies with approximately 27,000 sales associates. Together, they serve 17 counties, mostly in western Washington, plus Grant, Kittitas and Okanogan counties in the central part of the state. NWMLS recently added service to Clark County with the opening of an office in Vancouver.
